Directorate General of Training, GOI issued instructions for Correction in ITI Certificates downloaded from NCVT MIS Portal regarding correction in Name, Father Name, Mother Name, Photograph and Date of Birth.
These changes can be made in Certificates of Trainees admitted in Session 2014 to 2019.
How to do Correction in Certificate
- Keep your ITI and Matriculation Certificate with you before raising a Grievance. Matriculation Certificate will be uploaded.
- Trainee needs to Raise a Grievance on NCVT MIS Portal.
- Grievance option is available in Complaint Tool in Menu.
- Enter Your Details and Proceed.
Which Corrections can be made
A Trainee can raise a Grievance for following:
- Trainee Name
- Father Name
- Mother Name
- Photograph
- Date of Birth
If any Candidate is not able to raise a Grievance, Then He/She can contact with the related ITI.
