First Counselling Schedule 2025
- Merit cum Seat Allotment – 3rd July
- Physical Verification of Documents at allotted ITI- 3-5 & 7 July
- Fee Deposit Online – 3rd July to 8th July
Fee will be deposited online after Physical Verification of Documents.
Second Counselling Schedule 2025
- Display of Vacant Seats: 9th July
- Opening of Portal for change in trade preference: 9-10 July
- Merit cum Seat Allotment: 11th July
- Physical Verification of documents at allotted ITI: 11-12 & 14 July
- Fee Deposit Online : 11-15 July
Third Counselling Schedule 2025
- Display of Vacant Seats: 16th July
- Opening of Portal for change in trade preference: 16-19 July
- Merit cum Seat Allotment: 22 July
- Physical Verification of documents at allotted ITI: 22-26 July
- Fee Deposit Online : 22-27 July

A Candidate who had allotted a Seat needs to visit allotted ITI as per Schedule given above. Documents required for Physical Verification is:
- Seat Allotment Letter
- 10th Marksheet
- 12th Marksheet (If applicable)
- Aadhar Card
- Parivar Pehchan Patr
- Category Certificate (If applicable)
- Haryana Resident Certificate (If applicable)
- Passport Size Photograph
- Death Certificate of Father/Mother (If applicable)
- Character Certificate
